Dwarf Kaffir Lime (Citrus hystrix) is grafted onto dwarfing rootstock making this a perfect plant for smaller gardens or large pots. This small evergreen tree is grown for its aromatic leaves and knobbly bumpy fruit. Kaffir Lime leaves are an essential ingredieint in many southeast Asian cuisines, and they are extrememly aromatic and are best used fresh off the tree, keepng all of the volatile oils fresh and flavoursome.
