Camellia sasanqua ‘Setsugekka’

Camellia sasanqua ‘Setsugekka’ is one of the most popular and reliable sasanqua camellias, loved for its elegant white blooms and graceful growth habit. It produces large, semi-double flowers with crisp white petals and a cluster of golden-yellow stamens in the centre. The blooms appear from autumn to early winter, bringing brightness and freshness to the garden when many other plants have finished flowering.

The foliage is glossy, dark green, and dense, creating a beautiful evergreen backdrop all year round. ‘Setsugekka’ has an upright to slightly spreading habit and can grow around 2–4 metres tall, making it ideal as a hedge, screen, espalier, or feature plant.
